Non-profits may have shouldered the worst of the financial markets.

    Should non-profits be liable to their constituents for losses that were caused by negligence on the non-profit's part?

    This needs some fleshing out. I see a blog post at SP and the Dicta....

  3. I'd like some dicta!

    I think them selling is somewhat OK, because their purpose is education. However othe ideas should be explored.

    The worst is Abramoff is related to this thru funding of the arts endowment. That guy screwed tribe in so many ways. I am sick over it.
