How A Resurrection Really Feels

"There...is...so...much....JOY...in...what we do up here!"

It takes a special attraction to get us out on a New Year's Amateur Night.  And the Hold Steady was just the thing, really.

If 2011 doesn't turn out better than the last with this kind of ring-in, than it's truly hopeless.

Bonus:  The first song of 2011 was a cover of the Judas Priest's "Livin' After Midnight."

  1. 2011?

I'm hoping 2011-2020 turns out better than 2001-2010.

  3. If I'm still corporeal in 2020 I'm gonna go ahead and call it a win...

Your metal credentials are in question... Judas Priest is responsible for this ingot of pure British Steel.

  6. That is a hell of a way to ring in the new year.

I am going to see Rush in April, so 2011 will already be a win.
