And then, life gives you back the sweat and desperation that made it all so appropriate and sustaining.

I was fortunate to see them twice, once when Westerberg was drinking and once after. A brightly burning flame, indeed.
Also: seen Tommy Stinson once, playing with the Figgs. Another gem. Also.
Awesome... now finish what you started. I think we're 2/3's of the way through fishing/Zardozing Brando's. Who knew! Snag needs to be next... if only for his mother's sake.
