Where You Been

Upon reflection, and based on a comment at Jennifer's Joint, I see that I have posting privileges at several blogs;

Empire of the Senseless
3 Bulls
Chrome Beach
Summerfestblog

Which is weird. I am astonished at the low standards evidenced.

But. Time, being what it is as well as being a douche-canoe, for the next week-and-a-half-and-more-or-less,  my participation, such as it is, on all those blogs other than teh Fest one, will be scant and scarce and you can all just shut up about that.

You are all requested, no, COMMANDED to join me at Henry Fuckin Maier Festival Park to see crappy cover bands, get sunburned, and drink expensive beer until they make us leave.

OK, I will accept that you visit the Fest-blog to keep up and make some comments that are less drunken than mine.

PS.  Thanks to Herr Smut Bimler Cloud for the image.

  6. You'll have to ask Another Kiwi nicely.

WV = "pantwera", which is not always true.

  7. Huh, this must be that low-impact blogging I have been hearing about.

If those brainy Kiwis gave you the keys, they'd have to wear their porcupine fish helmets all the time.

Sir, I refute you thus: http://web.mac.com/blm/Summerfestblog/Home.html

Kathleen: I KNEW. I felt a disturbance in the Force. As if millions of millions of bourbs cried out in terror and were silenced.

  13. Also, the Fest blog is up and running, four posts after only one night of S-Fest, and YET I have seen no one from the Bloggerhood stopping by.

Except Zelmo, but he doesn't count because he was there in meatspace. Besides, he's been possessed by a Hellacious Fest-Beast. Except for tonight, as Zelmo has a hangover.

'Cos we're jealous! Actually, looking at the lineup(s), I'd be pretty pissed (in every sense of the word), as a lot of my favorite featured bands are playing simultaneously. Really, look at July 1... B-52's, Joan Jett, the Hold Steady, the Offspring...

    Summerfest, thy name is cruelty!

I'll be in my weep corner- Summerfest done did me wr0ng.

  16. ZRM should be given the keys to post on all three of B^4's blogs. Then everyone would be happy.

  17. Yeah

But considering my rate of posting, how does anyone know I don't already have them?

  20. We should make things simple, and meld all our blogs into one. it would save on bookmarks, and in spite of multiple personalities, would STILL make more sense than Riddled.

Crap, feels like October down here tonight

Also, after this week these sandals may need to receive a ritual burial on the Fest grounds.

  34. Something along the lines of (paraphrasing): "I'm having fun and you're not. Loser."

Sitting inside in front of a computer, trying to find someone's shared iTunes folder that you haven't listened to 1k times is almost as much fun as hanging out in the sun with thousands of your closest friends listening to live music from cool bands. So there. I am not a loser. >:P

  35. you forgot about the drinking beer part.

Sorry, fish. That was probably uncalled for. Consider this a standing invitation for anyone reading this to come join us.

If it makes you feel better, I am spending the morning in front of my computer preparing my end of the required closing documents for a project. It's pretty enthralling, and JUST the kind of thing I yearned to do when I became an architect.
